'Béatrix . Novel'' - is a work by the French writer, one of the founders of realism in European Literature H. de Balzac (1799 - 1850). This novel consists of three parts and it is not written in one sitting, but in the period between the years of 1838 and 1844. All the parts have stylistic differences. The working out of love intrigue - is just masterly. Let us say at once: behind the characters of the book are hidden the real personalities. Calyste - is Franz Liszt, Beatrice - is his lover, society beauty countess Marie d'agoult. Mademoiselle des Touches - is George Sand, who gave the idea of creating the novel to Balzac. Nevertheless, it should be mentioned that in real lives of these people the cards were stacked differently. However, thanks to Balzac each of them left their mark in history and is perceived more lively and real.
