Get to know the basics

I have wanted to read this book for a longer time now and finally here I am. The book tells us about the basics of our bodies, the food we eat and all other activities to stay healthy. I cannot tell that I have learnt many new things so far but it is always good to start with the basics.

Auch auf Englisch gut zu verstehen und einfach nur empfehlenswert. Das ist das erste Buch das ist nach 1 Tag komplett durchgelesen habe. Seitdem achte ich mehr auf das was ich essen und bin in Sachen Fitness viel motivierter.
