Supervision in Action aims to help professional and trainee supervisors, consultants and coaches to 'take care of themselves' - in other words, to practice the art of learning from their own experience in their practice.

Erik has over 15 years of experience as an external management trainer, coach and organisation development consultant. He has written 7 books on coaching and consulting and over 100 articles. He writes regularly for the Coaching at Work magazine and the Training Journal and is one of the most respected figures in the field of coaching supervision.
